All members actively at work were required to attest to vaccination status by November 26 or be placed on leave without pay. This is an update for those who did attest.
Canada Post Corporation has established a national safety audit and compliance team to perform random spot-checks. You may be contacted and asked for proof of the status you attested to.
You may be contacted by either email or a letter to your home and asked to submit proof from the appropriate provincial health authority within five (5) business days of receiving the request. Letters and emails should start to be issued next week.
The audit team will also be at some work locations in person, and you may be asked at work to provide proof of vaccination. This could happen as early as the end of this week or early next week.
