Due to the current circumstances (COVID-19), we are no longer meeting with Canada Post. However, we will continue to review remotely the issues pertaining to the 2011 Lockout.
On April 2, 2020 (Pay Period 7), CPC will issue another payment to affected members who have not been paid for bereavement, marriage leave and vacation entitlement.
From June 3 to June 13, 2011, if you were not at work but were on approved leave, Canada Post was entering the code of Leave without Pay (LWOP) for your approved leave. Upon reviewing these grievances, CPC changed these codes to the codes that correspond to your approved leave. As a result, this may bring you over the 10 days required under article 19.01, therefore making you eligible for the payment of your vacation entitlement for June 2011.
