During the 2018 round of bargaining, CUPW and the employer agreed in principle to test flexible dynamic routing delivery models and to develop a pilot project to address the overburdening associated with the evaluation of relay boxes and “park and loop” delivery. Arbitrator MacPherson also determined that a study and an update of the percentage of coverage must be conducted under Appendix “KK”.
