Windsor-Essex Pride Fest Parade

For the first time, Local 630 will be marching in the Windsor-Essex Pride Fest Parade! This is a great opportunity to support Windsor’s LGBTQ community and make our commitment to equality visible.

We need a head count for the parade, so if you’re planning to come please let us know ASAP. We will be getting some festive bandanas to wear, at a cost of $5 each.

Congregate at Food Basics, 880 Goyeau between 9 and 10 am. Everyone is welcome!

The parade route will begin at the Food Basics at 888 Goyeau Street and Elliott Avenue and proceed to Ouellette Avenue and will proceed north on Ouellette Avenue towards Riverside Drive then crossing Riverside Drive down to Dieppe Gardens, the turning right to the final destination of Riverfront Festival Plaza where the fun continues with our Pride Day activities, featuring great food, vendors and fabulous entertainment.
